Shipping Policy

Shipping process
When you place your order, it is immediately entered into our system and as such, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order.
We will then begin the order handling process, which means we prepare it for shipment. It usually takes 1-2 days before the order is dispatched from our warehouse and this is also the period when you can initiate a seamless order cancellation for a 100% refund.
When we ship your order (we use FedEx and UPS for our deliveries), we will notify you via email and also send you your tracking code. Then it takes 5-7 days until the item arrives at your specified address.
Shipping is free on all orders and we currently ship only inside the USA, unfortunately no international shipping is currently possible
Missing items
Have you received an incomplete package? We will do our best to rectify the situation. Please reach out to sales@wisechoicemobilitysolutions.com with your order number and let us know what's missing - our support team will treat the issue with the highest priority.
Damaged items
When your package arrives, please thoroughly inspect it (and don't let the delivery courier rush you, this is your right).
If you discover any sort of damage, please make sure you make a note of when signing for delivery. Then go ahead and take photos or a video of the damage, the box and SKU and report this to sales@wisechoicemobilitysolutions.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
This will help us process an insurance claim on your behalf. It is however crucial that you make this damage report within the 24 hour period, otherwise we won't be able to assist you.
