Refunds and Returns

If you want to initiate a return, you have 30 days to do so (beginning on the date when you've received the package).

To begin, please reach out to our team at sales@wisechoicemobilitysolutions.com or 217-807-8404, and we'll guide you through the entire return process. We will require your order number and the info whether you want to return or exchange the product.

Keep in mind that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty

Each manufacturer has their own warranty, you can find more information on the product pages.

Warranty covers damaged that happens over time and by using the product. It does not cover damage caused by transit.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One)

If you want to get a refund for such promotion, you need to return both items to get a full refund. If you return just one item, we will offer store credit of the same value to make up for the difference.

Shipping Damages

When your package arrives, thoroughly inspect it (and don't let the delivering courier rush you, this is your right).

If you discover damage, please make sure you make a note of when signing for delivery. Please also take photos or a video of the damage, the box and SKU and report this within 24 hours of receiving the package.

This will help us process an insurance claim on your behalf. It is however crucial that you make this damage report within the 24 hour period, otherwise we won't be able to assist you.

Cancellations

Do you need to cancel your order? It is important that you act fast. Cancellations are possible before we process and ship your order and if you let us know before it leaves the warehouse, you may receive a 100% refund (it usually takes 1-2 days to prep your order).

If you let us know too late, standard return rules will apply, including the 25% restocking fee.

Please keep in mind that custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Chargeback Policy

Our experienced support team is here to help with any issues or concerns you may have. If you go ahead and file a fraudulent chargeback, we will hold you criminally liable.

We will gladly assist you with anything - missing products, damaged products, policy explanation, you name it.
